Horse riding lessons near Carlisle
We are offering riding lessons for children and adults from complete beginners to experienced riders in our purpose built, all weather surface outdoor arena, set in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside.
Children from 3 years of age can start off with just half hour lessons to gain strength and confidence with the horses, building up to longer sessions. Tiny Tots fun classes are available for children from 3 years.
Adults trying something new, or re-kindling a childhood passion, can enjoy a fun & relaxed atmosphere here at Lads Lodge.
For
the more serious rider we can offer advanced tuition in dressage, classical riding or showjumping.
If you just like to be around horses, but don't necessarily want to ride, you can join us for stable management sessions or lessons in groundwork.
We also offer competition preparation and a schooling service for your horse.
Lessons will be taught as private or group lessons, with no more than 6 people in a group.
Our aim is to provide a relaxed, happy atmosphere for our clients, so that everyone can reach their individual goals, while having a great time, making new friends and enjoying our lovely horses.
For these lessons we can provide helmets for those who do not have their own, however we do ask that individuals wear appropriate footwear (no trainers, ideally boots with a small heel) when attending.
